Hosting and server logs

When you open this website, our web server processes the data technically required to deliver it: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. These logs serve secure and stable operation and the defence against attacks; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete them after 14 days at the latest.

Hosting is provided by Netcup GmbH in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. No transfer to third countries takes place.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of the message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contractual enquiries and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. We delete the message once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).

• There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
• Fonts are served from our own server; no content is loaded from third-party servers.
• Your choice between light and dark appearance is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never transmitted. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access to the data processed (Art. 15),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21).

You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

Right to complain

Encryption

This website is served over TLS only. Your requests are therefore protected against being read in transit.
